It's grainy, shaky, workout video season, which is truly when we thrive. We discuss the Ben Simmons workout videos with Chris Johnson, and whether we're in our out (they're leading the podcast so even if we're out, we're in), the signing of Furkan Korkmaz less than a year after he requested a trade, JaKarr Sampson to the Pacers, and Ben Simmons potentially making a toast at Joel Embiid's wedding. It's the offseason. Bryan Colangelo Relationship Advice returns, as does the Lorenzo Brown Mailbag.

The Sixers did not run it back. They ran some of it back. We discuss the re-signing of Tobias Harris, the Jimmy Butler trade to the Miami Heat for Josh Richardson, the loss of JJ Redick, and the signing of former Celtic and former enemy Al Horford. Andrew Unterberger’s terrible internet connection kept him off the pod, but Spike’s rage fest about Jimmy Butler made up for it.
